Training course, emphasized on the adding value to agricultural produce - Orange Processing for Community Enterprise

Songphan Tantrakul, Faculty of Humanities’ Associate Dean for Administration,
presided over "Suralai Natural Orange Soap” the adding value to
agricultural produce - Orange Processing for Community enterprise which is
included in the academic service for society project at Mae Sin
sub district, Si Satchanalai district, Sukhothai province.
Faculty of
Humanities, Chiang Mai University, held a training course on the processing of
golden tangerine into orange jam, candy, and jelly for members of Community
Enterprise and tourism development network, which were honorably lectured by
Dr. Oraya Porniammongkol, Department of Human Relations’ professor, on 19 June
2021, at Suralai orange farm, Mae Sin sub district, Si Satchanalai district,
Sukhothai province.
