You can notify the officer via following email: kittipit.wipasa@cmu.ac.th or uakarn.k@cmu.ac.th

- Acknowledgement of terms and conditions for permit of temporary stay in the kingdom of Thailand (STM.2) (https://cmu.to/TyCGC)
- Copy of Passport Book (every page, except blank page)
- Transcript (Sophomore: Second-year onwards)
- Certification Letter from Registration Office (Freshman only)
- 4 cm x 6 cm ID photo
For those who want to ask for Re-entry permitRequired Documents:
- passport and copy of all pages of the passport with your signature.
- Completed TM.8 form (available at the immigration office or https://cmu.to/t29wj ).
- One recent passport-sized photograph (4 cm x 6 cm).
- The appropriate fee in Thai Baht. Fees can vary based on the type of re-entry permit (single or multiple) and your nationality.
